Dolled-Up Cakes

Hola!  

I am an established baker and cake decorator whose humble beginnings sprouted in the summer of '08 in my parents kitchen at the age of 23. Through the years, I have educated myself on a variety of techniques and continue to evolve and expand my craft. I continue to work independently specializing in custom cakes, Cuban and Mexican pastries.  

Now active military United States Coast Guard , I have the opportunity to create custom cakes and desserts for special events; advancements, change of commands, retirements.
