Hello.


My baking journey began in the summer of 2008 in my parents’ kitchen, where a passion for creating desserts quickly grew into a lifelong craft. Over the years, I’ve continued to educate myself in a variety of techniques, allowing my style and skills to evolve. Today, I work independently, specializing in custom cakes as well as Cuban and Mexican pastries, with a strong focus on flavor, clean design, and thoughtful presentation.

As an active-duty member of the United States Coast Guard, I have the privilege of creating custom cakes and desserts for special occasions such as advancements, change-of-command ceremonies, and retirements. My work includes detailed smooth matte finish chocolate ganache, buttercream, fondant work, handcrafted decorations, and flavor pairings designed to complement each celebration.
